West Sussex: Man, 68, arrested on suspicion of murder – Metro.co.uk

A 68-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in West Sussex.
Police say they responded to a report of a man unconscious in High Street, Storrington, at 10.05am this morning.
They added that the victim, whose aged has not been revealed, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Sussex Police spokesman explained: ‘A 68-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
‘This is an isolated incident and there is no danger to the wider community.’
The force initially said the man was 78.
Officers were pictured next to a tent and cordoned off section of the town.
Members of the victim’s family are being supported by specialist officers.
Forensic experts are on the scene and there is a heightened police presence in the area.
The road is likely to be closed for several hours while the investigation continues.
Anyone with information which could help detectives with their investigation is asked to report it online or call 101 quoting Operation Kingscross.
